FFoundersMuse

TERMS OF USE

A simple agreement for using FoundersMuse.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every draft, fact, source, visual and reply suggestion, and for ensuring that content you approve is accurate, lawful, professional and appropriate for your audience.

Publishing and scheduling

FoundersMuse sends a post to LinkedIn only after an explicit publish or schedule action. A FoundersMuse-scheduled post is held in the FoundersMuse calendar and published at the selected time; it may not appear in LinkedIn’s native scheduled-post list. LinkedIn may reject, limit, remove or change the display of content under its own policies.

Research and AI-generated material

Research, inferred facts, drafts, visuals and recommendations can contain errors or miss context. Source labels and credibility checks reduce risk but do not replace your review. FoundersMuse is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Connections and outcomes

Analytics depend on permissions and data LinkedIn makes available. Relationship suggestions are not instructions to contact someone. CRM events are attributed to content only when an explicit identifier supports that connection.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for impersonation, spam, harassment, unlawful content, credential sharing, prohibited scraping, unsupported claims, automated direct messages, or attempts to bypass LinkedIn or third-party restrictions.

Service availability

The private beta may change, pause or experience interruptions. Research sources, third-party APIs, scheduled publishing and analytics can be delayed or unavailable. Features and beta pricing are not guaranteed until a paid plan is launched.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundersMuse is provided as-is and without warranties. You remain responsible for content and interactions made from your account.
